The accommodation is clean and simple.
Single beds in a twin share room with shower and toilet.
The mattresses/beds in the ashram are quite hard. You may wish to bring a foam underlay to make it softer.
The floors are cold, so you may wish to bring slippers or thick socks.
Due to Covid-19 considerations, it would be optimal if you know who you wish to share with. You can nominate this on your booking. Please ensure you have confirmed with the person you are nominating to share with.
Please bring a mask and RAT in case of signs of ill health. If you have any signs of illness please be considerate of the wellbeing of others and self manage.

Pick Up: The retreat starts at 4.00pm on Fri 20 November at the Ashram. You should time your travel to allow some time to settle into your room before the 4pm session. You can arrange a taxi from the airport (Dharmasala also known as Kangra airport) by contacting Rajesh on WhatsApp +91 82196 33723 with flight no and time of arrival.
The trip takes about 1.5 to 2 hrs, if you get travel sickness it’s a good idea to take some medication or precautions before we leave.

I am in awe with …how we are transported, even a week later, by this timeless being (Swamiji). Thank you for such a rare and precious exposure to the top of the world. I return to a troubled world with a perspective that will serve many for years to come.
